TennTex Sales and Service Company Inc., is in the business of sales , installation, and service of trash compactors, cardboard box balers, conveyor systems, and dock loading equipment. The majority of our work is channeled towards service and repair of equipment. We have full time service technicians with fully stocked service trucks on duty to cover your needs. We are available for emergency service and after hours work (Emergency Service 24/6).
We have clean, up-to-date quality equipment and the past 23 years in compactor, conveyor, and baler field service. We are very familiar with the San Antonio and Austin areas and have many customers and vendors in both cities.
We do only professional, quality work and offer 30 days parts and labor warranty. You will find us to be honest, dependable and ready to work. We are fully insured, carrying worker's compensation, general liability and auto insurance. Complete up-to-date insurance documents will be provided upon request.

* Hourly Service Rates Regular Time - $90.00 Per Hour Over Time - $135.00 Per Hour Holidays - $180.00 Per Hour
* Rates are applicable portal to portal.
* 1 Hour minimum on job time - 1 Hour minimum travel time
* Regular Hours of operation are :
8:00 A.M. - 4:00 P.M. Mon. thru Fri. * After Hours Emergency Service are Available*
* Closed Sundays.
* Closed Christmas Day.
* Jobs that require (2) men will be billed at $135.00 per hour during regular hours.
* Forklift charges $350.00
Labor - 30 days from date of original service call. ( If a return service visit is required and warranty is given, an additional 30 days is not in effect from date of last service call.)
Parts - 30 days unless otherwise specified by Manufacturer. ( If manufacturer's warranty exceeds 30 days, this will be passed onto the customer and covered by the manufacturer only.)
Labor preformed or parts installed on equipment advised by Tenntex Sales & Service Company Inc. to be replaced will not be warranted.
Electrical components are not covered under warranty by Tenntex Sales & Service Company Incorporated. Electrical components are covered by manufacturer only.
